My work sits at the intersection of product engineering, platform architecture, and operational reliability. I build systems that need to stay useful under real traffic: LLM orchestration layers with provider fallback and circuit breakers, voice and audio flows over WebRTC, and backend systems tied into billing, payments, and internal operations.
The common thread across product and consulting work is pragmatic system design. I care about latency budgets, failure modes, boring deploys, and interfaces that make complicated workflows easier for teams to operate.

Built as a voice-first AI platform on top of real-time agent infrastructure. The work centers on
orchestrating LLM providers, handling fallback paths and circuit breakers, and making real-time voice
interaction feel reliable enough for production use instead of demos.
02
▶
Building software products where retrieval, orchestration, and agent workflows are part of the core
architecture rather than a thin add-on. The emphasis is on practical systems: clear operational
boundaries, graceful degradation, and tooling that lets teams ship AI features without surrendering
observability or control.
03
▶
Consulting on reliability and internal-tooling problems where the value comes from reducing friction
for operators and engineers. The work is shaped by production constraints: failure isolation,
maintainable automation, and the kind of tooling that actually gets adopted inside teams.
04
▶
Backend work focused on billing and payment infrastructure, including enterprise integrations between
CommerceTools, Zuora, Salesforce, and Adyen. This is the side of software where systems correctness,
data contracts, and operational handoffs matter as much as code itself.

Led Kubernetes-based refactors of fulfillment systems and built RMA platforms serving tens of millions
of requests. The work required balancing migration risk, platform evolution, and the operational
discipline needed for systems that are already carrying meaningful production load.
